5 Chin Ups
10 Ab Wheel Roll Outs
15 Box Jumps (Jump and Land on Bench)
20 Dips (On bench)


PM Workout

3km Run

  2. I love this time table. But as per my personal view I prefer AM exercise because early morning is the best way to keep your work as much as possible. Thanks for the time table. I will really try to follow it.
