Wednesday - Work

Today I took Bootcamp in the morning (Strength Session, wondering how sore they will be).
Got the train into town to instruct a Thighs, Abs and Buns class and then Boxing (first time they had done kicking).
Had 1 PT client do the Wednesday Workout (He did a great time!).
Another PT client after that (Worked the glutes).
