3 Sets of Sled Pull (Running Forwards) 10 Push Ups each end (up and back is 1 set)
Rest
3 Sets of Sled Pull / Drag (Running Backwards) 10 Squats one end & 10 Frogs the other end (up and back is 1 Set)
You can use anything as a sled or any weight. I used a 30kg. You can drag along a weight with rope if you had too.
