Add 5kg 1-1-1-1 (4 Reps, rest each rep)
Add 5kg 1-1-1 (3 Reps, rest each rep)
Add 5kg 1-1 (2 Reps, rest each rep)
Add 5kg 1 (1 Reps, rest each rep)
