6 Ab Wheel Roll Outs
9 Push Ups (Chest touch ground)
12 Star Jumps

Time to celebrate the growth and future of F!T F!X.

Each and every one of you has been a part of my life in one way or another, supporting me not only in my personal development, but also my business and the journey it’s taken me over the last few years.
